Caged circles - Metal Pink

First I spent some time making sure I could get solid disks of colors only using lines. It can get tricky because the ink in the pen doesn't always flow perfectly. Because of that, little imperfections can appear in the design. It gives it a soothing, organic feel that contrast with the rest of the design. I used Molotow pens for this layer to ensure vibrant colors on the black paper. 

I then decided to add another hatching layer on top of the first one. This time I wanted to give it space to breathe. Making it look like a cage. You'll notice every cage is different; some are made of lines, some other with dots. All of this just to keep the overall design interesting each time you look at it.

📦  I ship my work internationally, in a flat package. I make sure to protect drawing in a sealed plastic bag. Cardboard is added to avoid bending during the trip. Finally it's sent in a padded envelope for maximum protection.
